The Fervença Palace, an 18th century building, is located on the banks of the River Douro, with its façade facing south, allowing for excellent sun exposure and breathtaking views over the river and the city. The project comprises two autonomous buildings: the rehabilitated Palace and a new structure, separated by a magnificent private internal garden.
